Search Tips—

Search Database to Find Alternates, Prices, and Availability, by Part Number: Enter a part number into the top field at left, and click the Search button. It's best to leave out the final extension— e.g., enter RG5-0213 instead of RG5-0213-090 (to bring up all revisions of that number), or 9100 instead of 9100-4503 (to see all items that begin with 9100). Select your item from the results.

To Search the Entire Site and Database:
Enter any any combination of keyword, description, or part number into the middle text field, left, and click the Search button to begin.

For Parts & Accessories by Printer Model (Top-Down Search):
Select a printer from pull-down menu, click the Start button. At the next screen choose a category from the menu, e.g., Accessories, Parts, Whole Printers, Supplies. Click Start. Make menu choices as necessary at each subsequent screen, until search narrows to a table of specific items, then choose a “Prices & Alternates” link.
