Unless otherwise stated, the condition of all items with unmodified part numbers is NEW. Part numbers may be modified in the following ways: ADVANCE EXCHANGE items are listed with an "-AEX" suffix appended to the NEW item part number. The part numbers of "REFURBISHED" items have an "-R" suffix. Third party CLONE items have a "-CLN" suffix. The NEW item is usually listed first in the table, under "Selected Item."

PRICE GIVEN, BUT QUANTITY AVAILABLE IS "0" (Item Is Temporarily Out of Stock, Backorder Okay):
Customers are encouraged to place backorders for items that are temporarily out of stock. Some refurbished products are only prepared after receipt of an order, so the quantity available is always likely to be zero. If you would like to order an item that is currently out of stock, or if you need more than the currently available quantity, then simply enter the quantity desired as if it were all in stock and click the "ADD" button. A backorder will be generated and our sales department will contact you with a delivery date for your approval.

PRICE FIELD READS "NOT AVAILABLE" (Item Is Not Available for Ordering):
If the price field contains the words "Not Available" it usually means that the manufacturer has discontinued this item and it is unlikely that we will be able to find any more. We regret that we cannot accept backorders for such items, but we do often offer alternates (which are the same in form, fit, and function as the new item).
